Nizzzia, me? sure, cuz i won` write it there.... any, does no matter. just me studing in International university, i always speak english here, so for any kinds of situations, n u`ve never heard it? I did go school.

Shahan_ogLy, that's right!!! It's a normal phrase. But its meaning is different, it does not mean "I said it". It means "It was I who said it". It's called emphatic constructions. They are used to underline something in a sentence. Believe me.
And as for your studying at the International University. As far as I remember it's in Malaysia. I don't really think that Malasian English or English of your groupmates is some kind of a standard. Sorry. I'm a linguist.

Nizzzia, we got guys almost all over the wordl, starting from black finising with skewed eyes. "I said it". It means "It was I who said it". but the meanin` is same, if u said it person who u r talking 2 `ll understand u, u can highlight something in a sentence even by saying I say it, with highing ur voice, sound of ur pronounsuation.. and `ll give u same emphatic constructions, so they use it (just 4 as i already sad) if u don` know past form of verb, but us use 4 simplifing language, all that freaking tenses, past perfect, present perfect continious, 2 difficult.......

Shahan_ogLy, nonsense! We are speaking different languages. I don't wanna start a lecture on the history of English and the nature of creolized languages. I speak about the language and the slang, which is a lanugage register in terms of linguistics. While UR speaking about simple succession of words. If you need to highten your voice while communicating that means that your language comand is not enough to express your thoughts in the most precise manner.
and what about writing? How U gonna express the intensity of expression in a forum post?

Shahan_ogLy, American slang is a large register of the English language. I can't guess what you wanna know! Listen to the rap and rnb music and try to understand the lyrics. If you don't manage to do that - search the lyrics on the web. Look up here http://www.slangcity.com/songs/index.htm. There is a tranlsation of many songs in slang into ordinary English there. Enjoy!

You can watch american or english films in original or listen to the rap music. Matter of fact rappers practically alwayz are used to rappin' very fast and it may be difficult to understand the lyrics havin' listened to the song just for the first time but then you will be able to get yo' favourite hey dude,wuzup? Besides that i can get to know how some words should be pronounced in for ex. american slang/official language, cuz year by year mo' and mo' differences are takin' place..

That's not only slang word.. as far as i know now it's not permitted to use in some states in America..I think this fact gotta place to be, because it's quite more easier for government to pay attention to such a little problem, than take into consideration much mo' imrortant things like unemployment, corruption..


I don't like this fact too..Of course, when black guys talk with each other they understand this word like man, guy..And of course, not all white people sayin' n*gga want to insult a person..But it seems to me most of 'em listenin' to this word from white people still don't like it..Even some more..And what tha f*ck you gonna do when n*gga run upon you with a gun shoutin':"Welcome to California"? "Nigga" is a taboo word in any context. Still the black use it in intimate conversations humorously (but the meaning is not lost). It's like when some of your friends has put a snowball into your hat and then U put it on and see this guy laughin'. You may say: "Ах ты с...ка, Женя!" and noone will be offended.
