A little about the problem.

Earphones, are the basic problem of the Music_LOVERS, especially «Phone Music_lovers».
I think, it is not a secret, that for today the most widespread port for the portable sound devices is 3.5мм.

Because of advancing cell phone, lots of "Music lovers" are switching themselfs to the "Pnohe MUSIC_Lovers". it is cuz of most of the cell phones already support 1Gb flash card and more, also all modern music formats such as: (aac, aac+, e-aac, m4a, mp4, wma, ogg, mp3 and etc..).
The problem of those people is that most phones use not 3.5 mm. accordingly there is great problems with using good quality earphones on the cell phones. (ofcourse if u are not having Nokia N91.........)

About the earphones.

The basic problems is:
1) Low noise isolation(Motorola SLVR L7 is the bright example, Original Stereo Earphones, which has really qualitative speakers, but with horrible noise isolation, that makes hard to listen in open environment.
3) Low speaker quality in earphones.



OUR DUTY, set up 3.5mm on our PHONE, that will make ability to connect to our phone:
1) Usual earphones (from any player or portable device).
2) Sound card (for analog record, for example, speech and music).
3) music centers (to listen the music not though the earphones and through the speakers of the music center).
4) Active speakers (to listen the music not though the earphones and through the speakers of the PC and etc.).
5) for other goals (connecting to DVD players and other...).

so now: HOW and WHA.

NEED:

1) headset
2) switcher (mother 3.5мм port) - pic. 1:

3) new headphones.


Order of actions:

1) take to pieces Headset. (рiс. 2)

and we get рiс.3

2) According to the unsoldering, solder all over again wires from the headset to the switcher


unsoldering for the wires from garniture (рiс. 4):

Right channel- red.
Left – yellow.
Center (mass) – wires are without of the layer of isolatuon.

unsoldering for switcher (mother 3.5 мм port) (Рiс. 5):

Right channel – cupper contact.
Left – short steel contact.
Center (mass) – long steel.



unsoldering for switcher (mother 3.5 мм port) (father 3.5мм port)

it is if Right and Left, are different in colour(produced material), but with lenth of contact(Рiс. 6):

Right Channel – Medium lenth.
Left – the shortest.
Центр (масса) – the longest.

3) what we get after Soldering:

4) input the earphones we need, and listen:
