yeah, but this is a motorola forum. so, i'd say that the best phone, regarding 3d engine, although it's not fully developed is the v3x since it has goforce 42000. for now it is only used for the camera, to process color, depth, etc. but soon they'll release a full java update and will completely take advantage of goforce capabilities.
btw, i'm also from argentina!
